We have roughing and finishing centers with a large number of CNC machines, including vertical lathes ( maximum capability for up to 2.5 m diameter), wire sawing, deep hole drilling, face milling and other specialized equipment.

 

     

 

Includes a variety of processes such as manual dimensioning, visual inspection, 100% PMI (Positive Material Identification), PT (Penetrant Testing), UT (Ultrasonic Testing), etc.

 

After the automated cleaning process, the products will also undergo manual cleaning procedures to ensure thorough cleanliness and adherence to quality standards. This manual step involves meticulous inspection and hand-cleaning by trained personnel to address any remaining contaminants or imperfections, thus enhancing product integrity and meeting stringent production requirements. 

 

 

There are three methods of stamping we can use, namely engraved stamping, low-stress handheld stamping and laser stamping.

The flanges will undergo a final inspection before being packed for shipment.

    

When packing, we will install protective covers for the flanges, separate each layer of flanges with cardboard, put foam to prevent shaking, wrap them with plastic bags to avoid moisture, use export standard boxes with plywood, and fix them with tie-down straps.

 

  

In order to make sure that the flanges arrive at their destination in perfect condition, we use tools such as drawstrings, tie-downs, stakes, etc. to make sure that each box containing the flanges is smoothly placed and secured inside the container during storage to prevent damage due to collision during transportation.
