About stainless steel flanges, the HS code is 73072100 and for carbon steel is 73079100. Longrun flange is concentrated on Europe (70%-80%), the VAT is 3.7%, others please ask your own forwarder. These costs plus CIF charge is your all import cost.

Each shipping company and country has different max capacity for container. If you order flange shipped by sea on FCL (full container loading), it's very important.
America: 18tons, European: 24tons, South of Africa: 14-24tons (different ocean cost and schedule).

Sometimes if the customers require, we will book open top container. It’s decided by the reality and customers’ requirements.

 
Around 10 days before cargo ready, pls ask chinese manufacturer for packing list, and choose the suitable shipping vessel via your own forwarder in case FOB payment terms, or get ETD from manufacturer in case of CFR/CIF basis.

Passing the original shipping documents to your reliable local shipping agent, he will make everything for you.

Inspection 
 

When cargo is ready, buyer should get all test report of flange. You should ask for picture of fully machined flange, hard stamping and package, to check with your order. If necessory, has third-party to make inspection and issue MTC3.2.

Longrun will make all neccessory inspection and test acc. ASTM A182 or EN10222-5, and PT/UT as well acc. to customer's requirements. Longrun's flange can be passed by BV/Lloyed and so on.
